As the creators of the scented sachet, we actually take great pride in producing the highest quality scented sachets on the market. We’re always looking for feedback about our sachet performance, so please let us know if your product experience wasn’t as great as you were expecting. If you can provide an image of the back of your sachet, we will be able to provide that information to our Quality Control Team so that they can research possible explanations for poor performance.

If your order is in the same condition you received and within 30 days from the original ship date; you may return your order for a refund. You will need to return the items at your expense. We ask that you include your name and order number along with the reason for your return. Please keep in mind that only one discount can be redeemed per order. If there is an automatic discount you are enjoying based on an item in your cart, you will not be able to apply a promo code to that order.

At Fresh Scents we strive to bring you new fragrances on a consistent basis. As a result select products are discontinued twice a year to make room for the new items. Any products marked as “Discontinued” or “Final sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Holiday fragrances are only offered June 1st- December 15th. Any returns or requests for refund on holiday products must be within 30 days of shipping or by January 15th whichever comes first.
