As the creators of the original scented sachet, our goal is to make sure you fall in love with the world’s easiest-to-use diffuser. For this reason, we are here to answer your questions and offer our assistance.
*All claims and return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the ship date of your order.
Did your order arrive with one or more damaged sachets?
Oh No! We want to make it right! Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to our Customer Service Team by clicking “Support” in the bottom right corner of the website, or give us a call at 1-888-877-3132
Did your order arrive with the wrong sachets?
Please accept our apologies! If the sachets you received do not match what you ordered, please give us a call at 1-888-877-3132 or click “Support” in the bottom right corner to let us know about the issue. One of our Customer Service Team Members will be more than happy to correct your order.
Were the fragrances you ordered not your fave?
We understand that ordering scented sachets online can be difficult as you cannot smell the fragrance beforehand. Please contact our Customer Service team for assistance by clicking “Support” in the bottom right corner or by calling 1-888-877-3132.
Was the scented sachet product quality not up to snuff?
As the creators of the scented sachet, we actually take great pride in producing the highest quality scented sachets on the market. We’re always looking for feedback about our sachet performance, so please let us know if your product experience wasn’t as great as you were expecting. If you click “Support” in the bottom right corner of the website, one of our Customer Service Team will respond within 24-48 hours.
If you can provide an image of the back of your sachet, we will be able to provide that information to our Quality Control Team so that they can research possible explanations for poor performance.
Was your order lost/missing?

Changed your mind on your order and wish to return the items?
If your order is in the same condition you received and within 30 days from the original ship date; you may return your order for a refund. You will need to return the items at your expense. We ask that you include your name and order number along with the reason for your return. Once the return is received, our Customer Service team will issue a refund for the value of the items returned. Returns may be sent to the address below:

Did you purchase one of our sachets from an independent retailer or online marketplace?
For a return or refund not purchased on our website, please speak with the retailer where you purchased the items. If it was a gift or you are unable to return to the retailer’s location, please contact customer service by phone at 1-888-877-3132 or by clicking “Support” in the bottom right corner of the website.
Did you have issues with a promo code?
Please keep in mind that only one discount can be redeemed per order. If there is an automatic discount you are enjoying based on an item in your cart, you will not be able to apply a promo code to that order.
If you typed in the promo code for a valid and active promotion, but it was not applied to your order, please reach out via telephone at 1-888-877-3132 or click “Support” in the bottom right corner, so that one of our Customer Service Team Members can assist you.
Discontinued and Seasonal Items
At Fresh Scents we strive to bring you new fragrances on a consistent basis. As a result select products are discontinued twice a year to make room for the new items. Any products marked as “Discontinued” or “Final sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Holiday fragrances are only offered June 1st- December 15th. Any returns or requests for refund on holiday products must be within 30 days of shipping or by January 15th whichever comes first.
